What is your returns policy?

We offer 30-day returns policy for our online orders. Please note we cannot accept returns on any customised jewellery or earrings that have been tried on.

Is gift wrapping available?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping with all of our orders. Your gift will be beautifully wrapped in our bespoke navy boxes with hand tied ribbon in our navy Loulerie gift bag.

You will have an option to add gift wrapping and a personalised handwritten card before adding your product to cart.

Is everything online available instore too?

Yes, all of the jewellery items that you see online are available in store! You can contact our store on (01) 672 4024 or email us on info@loulerie.com for further information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

We ship all of our international packages out using DHL Express.

We ship our UK orders out with DPD.

FREE shipping on orders over €70 to the UK with customs charges covered.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Ireland- Free Shipping - DPD

All Dublin orders placed before 12pm will be delivered within 2 working days.

Any orders outside of Dublin please allow up to 3 working days.
