We offer 30-day returns policy for our online orders. Please note we cannot accept returns on any customised jewellery or earrings that have been tried on.

Is gift wrapping available?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping with all of our orders. Your gift will be beautifully wrapped in our bespoke navy boxes with hand tied ribbon in our navy Loulerie gift bag.

You will have an option to add gift wrapping and a personalised handwritten card before adding your product to cart.
Is everything online available instore too?
